Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We strongly advise you to socially isolate if you have symptoms of a fever  (>37.8 and/or new onset cough) for 7 days. If anyone is affected in your household you must isolate for 14 days.

In addition it is imperative you implement measures of social separation - avoiding gatherings, only leaving home for a necessity such as food and medicine.
A community effort is needed to reduce the rate of spread of the virus. This is to protect our elderly and those with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and asthma; who are at most risk, although the young are not immune from the severe effects of the virus.

Please ensure you maintain good hygiene, regular hand washing and cough into a tissue or your arm to avoid further spread.

Further information can be found on the NHS website

Finally make dua for the welfare of the community and establish the five daily prayers in your homes with your family and children.
